Secured access to the marina, with nearby parking included. The marina is close to Downtown Stuart, with quaint shops, dozens of restaurants, and a fantastic river walk. Electric is 50 amp, and water is on site. The marina also has pump out facilities, and fuel docks. No RAILROAD BRIDGE! Live Aboard is limited to six months per year. Monthly fee does not include any "Live Aboard" fees charged by the Marina if applicable.
