Customs and fuel are just minutes away in the same channel. We can accommodate up to two - 100 ft range yachts. Shore power includes 2 - 100 amps posts as well as multiple 30 amps and 50 amps outlets. Our rate includes shore power (30, 50 and 100 amps available), Fresh city water at the docks, High speed WI-FI Internet access, Garbage disposal, Boaters have access to the condos common area which includes private HEATED pool, the pool house bathroom with cabin shower w/hot water, propane BBQ grills, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs and a fish cleaning table among other things.
