60 feet available (on 300 Foot dock) on a sheltered inside corner lot just houses off the intercoastal in Pompano Beach. No fixed bridges. Replaced entire dock and pilings within last 2 years with composite, new power, water etc. so all is new and nice! One 50 amp service available on the west dock. Dredged August 2021 to 4'-6' at mean low tide. $35/ft monthly plus metered electric. Off street parking for 1 car when visiting boat. Easy access to dock from driveway without need to cut through yard. Strict no liveaboard in this peaceful residential neighborhood. Long term preferred.
